phoneLink is SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank's telephone banking service. The service is available around the clock and offers a range of functions to help you manage your money. Key feature of phoneLink include:

Contact UsRequest A Call

Funds available 24/7 Have peace of mind knowing you have access to your funds anywhere, anytime.
Transfer funds Transfer funds between your linked accounts.
Pay bills Pay BPAY® registered bills (such as Council, utilities, insurance etc.).
Other functions: Check your account balances.
Order your statements.
Check interest earned for the last financial year.
Check your last five transactions on selected accounts.

You can register for access to phoneLink by calling us on 1300 361 761 or by visiting any of our Branches and you'll be issued with a temporary Access Code. Once registered, call 1300 361 431 and enter your Member number and issued Access Code. You will be required to change this code to a code of your choosing.

You can also access phoneLink whilst overseas by using the international access number for that country, followed by 61 2 6215 7100. Although there is no charge for this service, international call rates will apply.

If you forget your Access Code contact us or visit any of our Branches and we will arrange to issue you with a new Access Code.
