Dispute a transaction FAQs

Q: I have a transaction I don't recognise - what do I do?

A: If you have a transaction you don't recognise, you need to complete the relevant form and return it to us so we can investigate. Please note if you wish to dispute a transaction on your card, you should do so as soon as possible and in accordance with the timeline for your card. The steps are as follows:

Disputing a transaction

  1. Print and complete the relevant form based on the type of transaction.
  2. Download, print and scan any documents and receipts. 
  3. Return the form and documents to us.
  4. We will investigate and let you know once resolved.

Getting the form back to us

  1. Hand it in any SERVICE ONE Branch.
  2. Fax it to us on (02) 6215 7171.
  3. Email it to us at support@serviceone.com.au.
  4. Mail it to SERVICE ONE, Locked Bag 1, DEAKIN ACT 2600
